You don’t need to be creative, we have lots on inspiration on hand, a great teacher and lots of fun tools to help you create your own unique little friend. Simply choose a Pocket Pal that speaks to you (we have lots of options to choose from) and I will help you create it while enjoying a mindful, relaxed session. Why Pocket Pals? Pocket Pals are designed to be held, rubbed and carried with you. 🍃 The repetitive movement of running your thumb over the smooth clay or heart can become an anchor during moments of stress, worry or overwhelm.
