GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed. Secondary stores, promotions through third parties, as well as website and online sales must receive prior written approval.

ACCESS TO THE CATALOGUE

Our wholesale catalogue is available at https://www.coopersloftgreytown.com/. Upon accepting this Agreement you will be given access to the full catalogue, pricing, and wholesale ordering facility.

 

DISPLAY

A display stand can be provided on agreement of ongoing sales. Coopers Loft Greytown reserves the right have exclusive use of the display stand located (the "Display Stand") for the duration of this Agreement. The Customer shall not allow any other party to use the Display Stand without the prior written consent of Coopers Loft Greytown.

 

If the Customer breaches this clause, Coopers Loft Greytown may terminate this Agreement immediately and without further notice.

The display stand must be used for its intended purpose only. This means that you should not use the display stand for anything other than displaying products or merchandise. For example, you should not use the display stand as a step stool or a chair.

 

The display stand must be kept clean and free of debris. This will help to prevent the display stand from becoming damaged or unsightly.

 

The display stand must be properly stored when not in use. This will help to protect the display stand from damage and keep it clean. You should store the display stand in a dry, cool place where it will not be exposed to the elements.

 

ORDERING REQUIREMENTS & MANUFACTURE TIME

We ask that you place an order with a minimum quantity of twenty (20) units in your first order and a minimum of ten (10) per restock. Please note that we only hold limited stock so all orders will be held for a maximum of seven business days to be manufactured.

 

Due to high demands for Christmas period (1-24 December) and
1-31 July all orders for this specific period must be placed two weeks before the start of the period. We can’t guarantee our usual delivery time if an order is submitted after this deadline.

 

CATALOGUE

Our wholesale catalogue is available through the Members area of https://www.coopersloftgreytown.com/.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

We accept payments via invoice, credit card and after-pay.

Orders through the members area must be pre-paid.

 

You will be emailed the invoice and goods will be shipped 7 days after order is received.

 

Orders may be canceled within at any time after the order placement, however cancellations within 48 hours will incur 50% of the invoice cost.

 

We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time unless prior invoiced.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

The retailer incurs the shipping costs.

 

The standard terms and conditions of the products and services offered by New Zealand Post Limited, including information on the extent of their liability, are set out in the Public Contract and the Postal Users' Guide. They are also available for reference at PostShop stores and selected New Zealand Post retail outlets.

 

Delivery is typically within 3-5 working days of completion of manufacture. We use NZ Post based on cost affordability, If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Coopers Loft Greytown within three working days of delivery.

 

Any problems must be reported in writing or by email and retailer cannot return goods until he has received a written authorization. Goods sent back without one will not be credited to your account.

 

PRICING POLICY

 

Goods must not be marked-up or marked-down without a written consent of Coopers Loft Greytown. Goods should be sold to consumers between 70% and 120% of the Manufacturers Recommended Selling Price (MRSP). Goods can be sold at discounted price. The discounted items can’t be sold at less than 50% of the MRSP.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, please see Appendix 1 for an example product.

 

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All of the designs, products, and content within made available on the website are the sole property of Coopers Loft Greytown. The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Coopers Loft Greytown. You hereby agree not to reprint, post, tag, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advance, express written consent of Coopers Loft Greytown outside of the intent for retail sales.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE

 

You may link and tag to the Website home page and/or Facebook/Instagram from any website/Facebook/Instagram account owned by you, provided that you do so in a way that is fair and lawful and the link does not damage or take advantage of Coopers Loft Greytown’s reputation.

 

You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on Coopers Loft Greytown’s part where none exists, and the Website must not be framed on any other website.

 

Where tags have been used for the promotion of sales of Coopers Loft Greytown product/services, Coopers Loft Greytown reserves the right to apprve/deny their usage.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Coopers Loft Greytown.

 

Coopers Loft Greytown does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the Coopers Loft Greytown website.
